At city2letjob, we strive to ensure user satisfaction with our paid services. However, as our platform offers digital and listing-based services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors caused by our manual payment process.
  • No refunds will be issued once a paid advertisement, job post, or listing is published and live on the platform.
  • If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.
  • All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
